The Year of Transformation and Adventure!!!

When I reflected back on 2014, to think of all the amazing blog entries I could have had, I couldn't take another day not trying. I turned to Facebook on 12/31/14 and posted the following-

As I reflect on 2014 a lot of amazing memories come to mind. I married my best friend and officially became a mom, had the most amazing wedding weekend, had an amazing wedding shower, traveled, adopted a beautiful pup named Kaya, worked on my yoga/work/life balance, began a new role at work, and became a certified health coach and so much more. This year has also been filled with life lessons, a year of detachment from many things that don't serve me and facing a health challenge I never thought I would (but I came out of it wiser, smarter and stronger). My lesson is when you are faced with something you have no control over you MUST surrender and listen to the underlying message; listen without judgment, without expectation and learn from it. That is the only way true change happens is when you LISTEN and your LEARN. As I look into the year 2015 it will be the year of transformation and adventure. Universe I heard you LOUD and CLEAR, and I will take care of myself, I won’t put too much on my plate, and I will rest, I pinky swear. I will work on being the best wife/mother/daughter/granddaughter/sister/niece/cousin/friend I can. I will continue my journey of health and wellness, I will reflect every day, I will give back. Most importantly I will cherish life, the very thing that can be taken for granted the most. To life, love and happiness for all, the light in me honors the light in you. Happy New Year! Namaste

So, here's to 2015, my year of transformation and adventure. Thanks for reading and your support!!!!
